This policy explains the cookies and similar local storage records that the “Antiquus” platform (antiquus.com.tr) operated by ELBOS PROFESYONEL HASSAS TEKNOLOJİ ÜRÜNLERİ SERVİS VE DANIŞMANLIK HİZMETLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (the “Company”) stores in your browser, within the framework of the Personal Data Protection Authority’s Guidelines on Cookie Practices and Art. 51 of the Electronic Communications Law No. 5809.

1. Which records do we use?

The Platform uses only records that are strictly necessary for providing and securing the service you have requested. No advertising, targeting, profiling, social media tracking or third-party analytics cookies are used; no third-party tracking code has been embedded in the Platform. Since explicit consent is not required for strictly necessary records, consent is not requested for them; we inform you that we use these records.

Cloudflare cookies are strictly necessary for the security of the site and are not used to identify you or for advertising. The other records belong solely to the Platform domain; the Company does not use them to track your browsing on other sites and does not share them with third parties.

2. How can you manage the records?

You can view, delete or block cookies and site data through your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary records, functions such as the basket, session and language preference may not work. In common browsers, these settings are found in the “Privacy and security” or “Site data” menu.

3. Amendments

If a cookie that is not strictly necessary (e.g. analytics or marketing) is added to the Platform in the future, this policy will be updated and the cookie concerned will not be used without your explicit consent; you will be able to withdraw your consent at any time.
