The electronic commerce marketplace and online auction services offered under the “Antiquus” brand through the antiquus.com.tr domain name and its subdomains are operated by ELBOS PROFESYONEL HASSAS TEKNOLOJİ ÜRÜNLERİ SERVİS VE DANIŞMANLIK HİZMETLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (the “Company”).

The Company is an intermediary service provider within the scope of Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Intermediary Service Providers and Electronic Commerce Service Providers in Electronic Commerce, a hosting provider within the scope of Law No. 5651 with respect to listing content belonging to Sellers, and a data controller within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”). For products offered for sale by the Company in its own name, the Company is also the seller.

The trade name and tax details of Sellers selling products on the Platform are displayed on the product page, in the seller storefront and in the order summary.
