Consent to Commercial Electronic Messages

Pursuant to Art. 6 of Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communications and Commercial Electronic Messages, I consent to the sending by ELBOS PROFESYONEL HASSAS TEKNOLOJİ ÜRÜNLERİ SERVİS VE DANIŞMANLIK HİZMETLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (the “Company”), under the “Antiquus” brand, of promotional commercial electronic messages about new auctions, featured works, collections, campaigns, events and announcements to my e-mail address registered on the Platform, and to the processing of my first name, surname and e-mail address for this purpose.

What you need to know

• This consent is optional. Not giving consent does not affect your membership, your purchases or your participation in auctions.
• Informational messages regarding orders, payments, delivery, bid status and account security are not commercial messages and are sent independently of this consent.
• You may withdraw your consent at any time, without giving any reason and free of charge, from the “Communication preferences” section on your profile page, via the “unsubscribe” link included in every message, or through the Company’s contact channels. Your opt-out request is processed within 3 business days at the latest.
• Your consent and withdrawal actions are recorded together with the date, time, version of the approved text and IP address, retained for at least 3 years from the end of the validity of the consent, and registered with the Commercial Electronic Message Management System (İYS) as required by the legislation. You can also manage your consent via İYS.
• The newsletter subscription begins when you click the confirmation link sent to your e-mail address (double opt-in).
